Chicken And Rice Bake Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Cream of mushroom soup - (10 3/4 oz) | |
1 cup | 237ml | Water |
3/4 cup | 120g / 4.2oz | Regular long-grain rice - uncooked |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Paprika |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
4 | Skinless boneless chicken breast halves |
In a two-quart shallow baking dish, mix water, rice, paprika, and pepper. Place chicken on rice mixture. Sprinkle with additional paprika and pepper.
Cover and bake at 375F for 45 minutes until done.
NOTES : This is fast, simple and very good. I sometimes use cream of chicken soup in place of mushroom soup.
