Cheesy Egg Casserole

Recipe Ingredients

1 lb 454g / 16ozMonterey jack cheese - shredded
1 tablespoon 15mlAll-purpose flour
2 cups 292g / 10ozShredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 lb 454g / 16ozSliced bacon - cooked and crumbled
12   Eggs
1 cup 237mlMilk

Recipe Instructions

Toss Monterey Jack cheese with flour; place in the bottom of a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish. Top with cheddar cheese; sprinkle with bacon. Beat eggs and milk; pour over all. Cover and chill eight hours or overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Bake, uncovered, at 325F for 40-45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
