1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Monterey jack cheese - shredded |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | All-purpose flour |
2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Shredded sharp cheddar cheese |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Sliced bacon - cooked and crumbled |

1 cup | 237ml | Milk |
Toss Monterey Jack cheese with flour; place in the bottom of a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish. Top with cheddar cheese; sprinkle with bacon. Beat eggs and milk; pour over all. Cover and chill eight hours or overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Bake, uncovered, at 325F for 40-45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
