Cheese Potato Casserole Recipe - Cooking Index
4 cups | 948ml | Potatoes; cubed - cooked |
8 oz | 227g | Yogurt - plain |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Cottage cheese |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Dillweed |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Cheddar cheese - shredded |
Combine all ingredients except Cheddar cheese; spoon into a 9inch baking pan. Top with cheddar cheese. Bake at 350F for 25 to 30 minutes.
