2 1/2 cups | 400g / 14oz | Brown rice - cooked |
3 | Green onions - (scallions) | |
Chopped | ||
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Lowfat cottage cheese -or- |
Hoop cheese | ||
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried dill |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Parmesan cheese - grated |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Lowfat milk |
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Pour into a lightly oiled casserole. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
