1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Ground beef |
1 | Onion - chopped | |
Salt and pepper | ||
1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Cooked rice |
1 | Tomato soup - (10 oz) | |
3 cups | 711ml | Cabbage shredded |
Directions: Brown meat, add everything else but cabbage. Mix well. Put cabbage in a greased casserole. Ad the meat mixture and bake covered at 350F for 1 1/2 hours.
