2 | Cans kidney beans - drained | |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Pork link sausage - 1/2 |
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Smoked ham - cut in 1/2" cubes |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Mustard |
1/2 tablespoon | 7.5ml | Pepper |
1 splash | Tomato sauce | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Catsup |
1/4 cup | 40g / 1.4oz | Brown sugar |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Onion - chopped (medium) |
Cook lima beans 10 minutes. Drain, mix with baked beans, drained kidney beans, port sausage (cut each link in 3 pcs.) ham, tomato sauce and seasonings with 3 1/2 qt. casserole. Bake uncovered in 400F for one hour. Add water during cooking if casserole seems dry.
