Baked Bean Sausage Casserole

Recipe Ingredients

1 packet  Frozen lima beans
3   Cans baked beans
2   Cans kidney beans - drained
1 lb 454g / 16ozPork link sausage - 1/2
1/2 lb 227g / 8ozSmoked ham - cut in 1/2" cubes
1 tablespoon 15mlSalt
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlMustard
1/2 tablespoon 7.5mlPepper
1 splash  Tomato sauce
1/2 cup 118mlCatsup
1/4 cup 40g / 1.4ozBrown sugar
1 cup 62g / 2.2ozOnion - chopped (medium)

Recipe Instructions

Cook lima beans 10 minutes. Drain, mix with baked beans, drained kidney beans, port sausage (cut each link in 3 pcs.) ham, tomato sauce and seasonings with 3 1/2 qt. casserole. Bake uncovered in 400F for one hour. Add water during cooking if casserole seems dry.
