Asparagus Omelet

Recipe Ingredients

2   Frozen asparagus spears
6   Eggs - beaten
2 cups 474mlMilk
1/2 lb 227g / 8ozSharp cheddar cheese - cubed
1 teaspoon 5mlSalt
1/2 cup 99g / 3.5ozButter
1   Onion - grated
2 cups 292g / 10ozSoft bread crumbs - (3 slices bread)
2 cups 125g / 4.4ozCooked ham or chicken - cubed

Recipe Instructions

Cut asparagus spears in small pieces and cook until tender-crisp. Combine remaining ingredients, mix with asparagus and pour into greased 2 quart baking dish. Bake 1 1/4 hrs. in moderate oven (300F to 325F) or until firm.
