Asparagus Ham Quiche

Recipe Ingredients

2 packets  Frozen cut asparagus - thawed (10 ounces each)
1 lb 454g / 16ozFully cooked ham - chopped
2 cups 292g / 10ozShredded Swiss cheese - (8 oz)
1/2 cup 31g / 1.1ozChopped onion
6   Eggs
2 cups 474mlMilk
1 1/2 cups 355mlButtermilk baking mix
2 tablespoons 30mlDried vegetable flakes
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlPepper

Recipe Instructions

In two greased 9-in. pie plates, layer the asparagus, ham, cheese and onion. In a bowl, beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Divide in half and pour over asparagus mixture in each pie plate.  Bake at 375F for 30 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
