Asparagus Ham Quiche Recipe - Cooking Index
2 packets | Frozen cut asparagus - thawed (10 ounces each) | |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Fully cooked ham - chopped |
2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Shredded Swiss cheese - (8 oz) |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Chopped onion |
6 | Eggs | |
2 cups | 474ml | Milk |
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Buttermilk baking mix |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Dried vegetable flakes |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
In two greased 9-in. pie plates, layer the asparagus, ham, cheese and onion. In a bowl, beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Divide in half and pour over asparagus mixture in each pie plate. Bake at 375F for 30 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
