Tossed Salad With Fish Sticks

Recipe Ingredients

8 oz 227gFrozen fish sticks
6 oz 170gMozzarella cheese
5 cups 200g / 7.1ozTorn lettuce leaves
  Salt - to taste
  Black pepper - to taste
11 oz 312gMandarin orange segments - drained
1 cup 110g / 3.9ozSliced celery
1/3 cup 78mlCreamy cucumber dressing

Recipe Instructions

Prepare fish according to package. Let cool 5 to 10 minutes. Bias slice fish into 1-inch pieces. Slice cheese into 3/4- by 1/4-inch strips.

In a large salad bowl, combine all ingredients, pouring salad dressing over top; toss.
