Tossed Salad With Fish Sticks Recipe - Cooking Index
| 8 oz | 227g | Frozen fish sticks |
| 6 oz | 170g | Mozzarella cheese |
| 5 cups | 200g / 7.1oz | Torn lettuce leaves |
| Salt - to taste | ||
| Black pepper - to taste | ||
| 11 oz | 312g | Mandarin orange segments - drained |
| 1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Sliced celery |
| 1/3 cup | 78ml | Creamy cucumber dressing |
Prepare fish according to package. Let cool 5 to 10 minutes. Bias slice fish into 1-inch pieces. Slice cheese into 3/4- by 1/4-inch strips.
In a large salad bowl, combine all ingredients, pouring salad dressing over top; toss.
