4 cups | 948ml | Bow-tie pasta |
1 | Frozen asparagus spears - (10 oz) | |
8 oz | 227g | Fully-cooked ham - cut thin strips |
8 oz | 227g | Cream cheese with chives - softened |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Milk |
In a dutch oven cook the pasta in boiling water according to package directions, except add the frozen asparagus the last 5 minutes, and the ham the last minute, of cooking time. Drain and return to the pan.
In a 2 cup measure, stir cream cheese into milk; add to the pasta and ham mixture in the pan. Stir gently over medium heat until mixture is heated through.
