Corn Cheese Bake Recipe - Cooking Index
24 oz | 681g | Whole-kernel corn - drained |
(with sweet peppers, if desired) | ||
1 | Celery stalk - sliced thin | |
3 oz | 85g | Cream cheese - cut up |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Shredded Swiss cheese |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried minced onion |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried marjoram - crushed |
In saucepan stir all the ingredients together. Cook and stir until the cheese is all melted. Turn into a 1-quart casserole. Cover and refrigerate 3 to 24 hours.
Bake, covered, at 400 degrees for about 50 minutes or until heated through.
