Corn Cheese Bake

Recipe Ingredients

24 oz 681gWhole-kernel corn - drained
  (with sweet peppers, if desired)
1   Celery stalk - sliced thin
3 oz 85gCream cheese - cut up
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozShredded Swiss cheese
1 teaspoon 5mlDried minced onion
1 teaspoon 5mlDried marjoram - crushed

Recipe Instructions

In saucepan stir all the ingredients together. Cook and stir until the cheese is all melted. Turn into a 1-quart casserole. Cover and refrigerate 3 to 24 hours.

Bake, covered, at 400 degrees for about 50 minutes or until heated through.
