Baked Potato Casserole Recipe - Cooking Index
5 tablespoons | 75ml | Potatoes - cooked and diced (large) |
6 slices | Bacon - cooked and | |
1 1/2 oz | 42g | Shredded cheddar cheese |
1 | Sour cream | |
2 | Chopped green - onions (sauteed in grease) | |
Salt and pepper to taste |
Mix all ingredients. Pour into casserole and bake 30 minutes at 325.
