4 | Potatoes - sliced | |
3 | Carrots - sliced diagonally | |
1 | Peas | |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Ground beef |
1 | Mushroom soup * |
* Use cream of mushroom or try chicken soup
* layer all vegetables and beef in a 2 quart casserole dish.
Pour the soup (diluted with 1 can of water) over the top of the dish. Bake at 350F until all layers are done.
