1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Whole kernel corn |
1/3 | Onion - chopped | |
1 | Jalapeno pepper - seeded | |
Chopped | ||
Salt to taste |
Mix above ingredients and cook (or steam) until tender. Drain and top with: 3/4 cup grated cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese. Bake about 10 minutes at 350 .
