Spirited Grilled Salmon

Recipe Ingredients

1/2 cup 8g / 0.3ozChopped cilantro
1/2 cup 118mlTequila
1/4 cup 59mlRose's lime juice
  (or use fresh lime juice)
1/4 cup 59mlTriple sec or orange juice
1/4 cup 59mlOlive oil
2 teaspoons 10mlMinced garlic
2 teaspoons 10mlPepper
1 teaspoon 5mlSalt
4   Salmon steaks or fillets - (4 to 6 oz ea)

Recipe Instructions

Blend together all ingredients, except salmon, in gallon size zip-lock plastic bag or flat dish. Add salmon to marinade; turn several times to coat. Cover, if needed, and refrigerate for 1 hour (or longer), turning salmon over after 30 minutes.

Grill salmon on oiled hot grill, turning once during cooking, about 6 to 12 minutes per inch of thickness. Do not overcook.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
