Onion Baked Fillets Lowfat

Recipe Ingredients

2 lbs 908g / 32ozSkinless fish fillets
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlSalt
1 cup 237mlPlain yogurt
1 cup 237mlLite mayonnaise
1   Original ranch salad dressing mix - (1.6 oz)
1   French fried onions - (2.8 oz) - crushed

Recipe Instructions

Cut fillets into serving-size portions. Sprinkle with salt. Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, and salad dressing mix. Dip fish into 1 cup of the mixture, then roll in crushed onions.

Place fish on a well-greased baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes per inch of fish thickness or until fish is opaque. Serve with remaining dressing if desired.

This recipe yields 6 servings.
