Onion Baked Fillets Lowfat Recipe - Cooking Index
2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Skinless fish fillets |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1 cup | 237ml | Plain yogurt |
1 cup | 237ml | Lite mayonnaise |
1 | Original ranch salad dressing mix - (1.6 oz) | |
1 | French fried onions - (2.8 oz) - crushed |
Cut fillets into serving-size portions. Sprinkle with salt. Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, and salad dressing mix. Dip fish into 1 cup of the mixture, then roll in crushed onions.
Place fish on a well-greased baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes per inch of fish thickness or until fish is opaque. Serve with remaining dressing if desired.
This recipe yields 6 servings.
