1 1/4 lbs | 567g / 20oz | Hoki fillets |
16 | Olives - stoned, halved | |
2 | Tomatoes - seeded, halved, | |
And sliced | ||
Cheese (choose your favourite | ||
Tasty cheese slices) | ||
2 | Garlic cloves - sliced | |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Tomato paste |
Cut hoki into 8 pieces about 1/2 inch deep then top each with tomato paste. Place on garlic slices, tomato slices, then cheese slices and top with halved olives.
Then place all into a 450 degree oven until looking ready. (About 8 to 10 minutes.)
