Hoki Fillets Topped With Cheese

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/4 lbs 567g / 20ozHoki fillets
16   Olives - stoned, halved
2   Tomatoes - seeded, halved,
  And sliced
  Cheese (choose your favourite
  Tasty cheese slices)
2   Garlic cloves - sliced
3 tablespoons 45mlTomato paste

Recipe Instructions

Cut hoki into 8 pieces about 1/2 inch deep then top each with tomato paste. Place on garlic slices, tomato slices, then cheese slices and top with halved olives.

Then place all into a 450 degree oven until looking ready. (About 8 to 10 minutes.)

This recipe yields 4 servings.
