1 cup | 160g / 5.6oz | Green beans - drained |
1 cup | 160g / 5.6oz | Wax beans |
1 cup | 160g / 5.6oz | Kidney beans - washed and dr |
Sauce | ||
2 | Garlic | |
1 cup | 237ml | Wine vinegar |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Tarragon vinegar |
1 cup | 237ml | Wesson oil |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Olive oil |
1 1/4 cups | 247g / 8.7oz | Sugar |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Italian seasoning - dry |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Celery seed |
Layer in a glass bowl: in between layers place thinly sliced Bermuda or white onion slices. Blend on medium until thick, cover beans with sauce and refrigerate for best results before serving.
