Recipe Ingredients

  Cut Into Julienne Strips
8 oz 227gTofu or tempeh - steammed for
  - 10 minutes and cooled
  Simmer for 45 minutes until
  Liquid is absorbed
  Heat In Wok Or Skillet
1 tablespoon 15mlOil -simmer for 45 minutes until liquid is absorbed
1/2 cup 80g / 2.8ozBrown rice
1 1/2 cups 355mlWater
  Add & Brown Lightly
2 tablespoons 30mlSesame seeds
  Add & Brown The Tofu/tempeh
  Stir In
1/4 cup 15g / 0.5ozOnions - sliced
1/2 cup 55g / 1.9ozCelery - sliced
4   Spinach leaves - shredded
  Saute A Few Minutes Add
  The cooked rice
  For Extra Protein You Can
1   Make well in center
  Pan and drop in
1   Egg
  Cook A Little Then Mix Egg
  With rice and vegetables
  Mix All Ingredients Together
  Add
4 teaspoons 20mlTamari
  Sprinkle On Top To Serve
1/4 cup 15g / 0.5ozGreen onions - chopped
