Mixed Seafood Salad With Fresh Wasabi Vinaigrette

Recipe Ingredients

2 tablespoons 30mlFresh grated wasabi
  (can substitite with 1 tbspn fresh
  Horseradish and 2 tspns wasabi powder)
1 tablespoon 15mlThin soy sauce
  Juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon 5mlSugar
1/3 cup 78mlCanola oil
  Salt - to taste
1/4 lb 113g / 4ozPicked crab meat
2   Lobster tails - cut in halves
12   Shrimp - peeled, deveined (large)
4 cups 948mlMizuna
4   Ripe Roma tomatoes - sliced
1   Daikon sprouts

Recipe Instructions

In a bowl, mix wasabi with soy sauce, juice and sugar. Whisk in the oil. Mix with seafood, mizuna and tomatoes. Check for seasoning. Garnish with daikon sprouts.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
