Mixed Seafood Salad With Fresh Wasabi Vinaigrette Recipe - Cooking Index
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fresh grated wasabi |
(can substitite with 1 tbspn fresh | ||
Horseradish and 2 tspns wasabi powder) | ||
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Thin soy sauce |
Juice of 1 lemon | ||
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sugar |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Canola oil |
Salt - to taste | ||
1/4 lb | 113g / 4oz | Picked crab meat |
2 | Lobster tails - cut in halves | |
12 | Shrimp - peeled, deveined (large) | |
4 cups | 948ml | Mizuna |
4 | Ripe Roma tomatoes - sliced | |
1 | Daikon sprouts |
In a bowl, mix wasabi with soy sauce, juice and sugar. Whisk in the oil. Mix with seafood, mizuna and tomatoes. Check for seasoning. Garnish with daikon sprouts.
