2   Water-packed tuna - (6 oz ea) - drained and flaked
3   Egg whites
3 tablespoons 45mlSeasoned dried bread crumbs
4   Scallions - thinly sliced
2 tablespoons 30mlMinced parsley
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlFreshly-ground black pepper

Recipe Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine the tuna, egg whites, bread crumbs, scallions, parsley and pepper. Shape the mixture into 4 equal patties.

Spray a large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray; heat. Add the patties and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes on each side.
