Tuna Patties Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 | Water-packed tuna - (6 oz ea) - drained and flaked | |
| 3 | Egg whites | |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Seasoned dried bread crumbs |
| 4 | Scallions - thinly sliced | |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Minced parsley |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
In a medium bowl, combine the tuna, egg whites, bread crumbs, scallions, parsley and pepper. Shape the mixture into 4 equal patties.
Spray a large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray; heat. Add the patties and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes on each side.
