1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Cooked peeled medium shrimp |
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Cooked crab meat - picked over, flaked |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Dry white wine |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fresh lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Crushed red pepper flakes |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Dried thyme leaves |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
4 cups | 948ml | Hot cooked linguine |
In a large nonstick skillet, heat the oil. Add the scallions and garlic; cook, stirring constantly, until softened, 2 to 3 minutes.
Add the shrimp, crab, wine, lemon juice, pepper flakes, thyme and salt; cook, stirring constantly, until heated through, about 3 minutes. Serve the linguine, topped with the seafood mixture.
