Turkey-Spinach Scramble Recipe - Cooking Index

10 oz | 284g | Ground skinless turkey breast |

1 | Frozen chopped spinach - (10 oz) - thawed, squeezed dry | |
2 | Tomatoes - chopped | |

1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
4 teaspoons | 20ml | Whole-heat pita breads - halved (small) |
In a large nonstick skillet, heat the oil. Add the turkey and garlic; cook, stirring constantly, until the turkey is browned, about 5 minutes.
Add the spinach, tomatoes, salt and pepper; cook, stirring as needed, until the spinach is wilted and tomatoes are softened, about 5 minutes. Spoon 1/2 cup of the turkey mixture into each pita half.
