2 teaspoons | 10ml | Chili powder |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dried oregano |
8 | Fat free flour tortillas - (6" dia) - warmed | |
2 cups | 474ml | Shredded lettuce |
1 | Tomato - chopped |
Spray a large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray; heat. Add the turkey, onion and garlic; cook, stirring as needed, until the turkey is browned and the onion is softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the beans, bell pepper, tomato sauce, jalapeño, cumin, chili powder and oregano; bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer, uncovered, stirring as needed, until the flavors are blended, 10 to 15 minutes.
Top the tortillas with the turkey mixture, lettuce and tomato; roll up and serve.
