White Pizza With Clams And Bacon Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Refrigerated pizza dough - (10 oz) | |
1 | Clams - (10 oz) - drained | |
3 | Bacon strips - cooked, crumbled | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Grated Romano cheese |
3 | Garlic cloves - peeled, minced | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried oregano leaves |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce |

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Prepare l2-inch round pizza crust according to package directions. Dust crust with cornmeal. Distribute clams evenly over dough; follow with garlic, bacon, Romano cheese, and oregano. Drizzle with Tabasco sauce and olive oil. Bake on pizza pan or stone 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
