Green Fire Chicken Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Mayonnaise |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Tabasco brand Green Pepper Sauce |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Dry bread crumbs |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Grated Parmesan cheese |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped fresh parsely |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Boneless skinless chicken breasts |
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In pie plate, combine mayonnaise and Tabasco sauce. In a second plate, mix bread crumbs, cheese, and parsely. Dip each chicken breast into mayonnaise mixture, then into bread crumb mixture to coat well.
Place chicken on baking sheet. Bake 20 to 25 minutes until chicken is golden.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
