1/2 cup | 118ml | Prepared salsa |
1 | Ripe avocado - peeled, pitted, | |

1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Red diced onion |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce |
3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Salt |
4 teaspoons | 20ml | Flour tortillas (large) |
Cilantro sprigs - for garnish |
In a medium bowl, combine chicken, salsa, avocado, red onion, Tabasco sauce, and salt. To assemble sandwiches, place 1/4 of mixture on a tortilla; wrap tortilla, tucking in sides as you roll. Garnish with cilantro sprigs.
