Buffalo Chicken Thighs Recipe - Cooking Index
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Vegetable oil |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Minced fresh garlic |
| 8 | Chicken thighs | |
| Blue cheese dressing - (optional) |
Remove broiler pan from oven, line with foil and spray with no-stick vegetable cooking spray. Set oven to broil.
Whisk oil, Tabasco sauce and garlic together in small bowl until blended. Place thighs, skin-side up in single layer on middle of broiler-pan rack. Brush with Tabasco/oil mixture.
Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat source 10 to 12 minutes until thighs are golden. Brush thighs with more oil mixture, turn and brush other side. Broil 7 to 9 minutes longer until chicken is opaque nearly to center and juices run clear when thigh is pierced.
Serve with blue cheese dressing, if desired.
