White Hot Pizzas

Recipe Ingredients

1 cup	146g / 5.1oz	Shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup	73g / 2.6oz	Shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 tablespoons	30ml	Grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons	30ml	Green onions - sliced (large)
2 teaspoons	10ml	Tabasco pepper sauce
1		Prepared pizza crusts - (8 oz)
		(2 small pizza crusts)

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

In large bowl combine mozzarella cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, Parmesan cheese, green onions and Tabasco pepper sauce.

Sprinkle mixture onto pizza crusts; place crusts on large cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

This recipe yields 2 pizzas.
