Team Tabasco Hot Pepper Pizza Recipe - Cooking Index
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Vegetable oil |
1 | Red bell pepper - cut thin strips | |
1 | Green bell pepper - cut thin strips | |
1 | Yellow bell pepper - cut thin strips | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Sliced pimento-stuffed olives |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Tabasco pepper sauce |
1 | Prepared pizza crust - (10 oz) | |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Shredded white Cheddar cheese |
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
In 12-inch skillet over medium heat, cook bell peppers 5 minutes or until tender-crisp. Stir in olives and Tabasco pepper sauce. Spoon mixture onto pizza crust. Sprinkle top with cheese.
Bake pizza on pizza pan or pizza stone for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is crisp.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
