1 | Refrigerated pizza dough - (10 oz) | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Cornmeal |
1 | Clams - (10 oz) - drained | |
3 | Garlic cloves - peeled, minced | |
3 | Bacon strips - cooked, crumbled | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Romano cheese |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried oregano |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Tabasco pepper sauce |

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Prepare a 12-inch round pizza crust according to package directions. Dust crust with cornmeal. Distribute clams evenly over the dough, follow with garlic, bacon, Romano cheese, and oregano. Drizzle with Tabasco pepper sauce and olive oil. Bake for 15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
This recipe yields 2 to 4 servings.
