1 | Green olives salad - (9 3/4 oz) - drained, chopped | |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Pitted black olives - chopped |
1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Celery stalk - finely chopped (large) |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Tabasco pepper sauce - divided |
1 | Eight-inch round loaf crusty French bread | |
(or sourdough bread) | ||
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Olive oil |
1/4 lb | 113g / 4oz | Sliced salami |
1/4 lb | 113g / 4oz | Sliced baked ham |
1/4 lb | 113g / 4oz | Sliced provolone cheese |
In medium bowl, combine green olive salad, black olives, celery and 1 teaspoon Tabasco pepper sauce. Cut bread crosswise in half; remove some of soft inside from each half.
In small bowl, combine olive oil and remaining 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco pepper sauce. Brush mixture on inside of bread. Fill bottom with olive mixture. Top with salami, ham and provolone slices. Top with remaining bread half. Cut loaf into quarters.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
