2 1/2 lbs	1135g / 40oz	Broiler-fryer chicken parts

Recipe Instructions

* Note: See the "Cajun-Style Marinade" recipe which is included in this collection.

Pour Cajun-Style Marinade over chicken parts in large shallow dish. Cover; refrigerate several hours or overnight, turning occasionally.

Grill chicken 6 inches from source of heat 35 to 45 minutes or until tender, brushing with marinade and turning frequently.
