Grilled Swordfish Steaks Recipe - Cooking Index

3 lbs | 1362g / 48oz | Swordfish or bluefish steaks |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Mayonnaise |
3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Tabasco pepper sauce |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Chopped fresh parsley |
Unsalted butter - softened (optional) | ||
Dried seaweed for coals - (optional) |
Prepare coals for grilling.
Cut one lemon in half and rub each side of steaks with juice. In small bowl, blend mayonnaise and Tabasco pepper sauce. Brush both sides of steaks. Grill both sides of steaks until just cooked through, about 6 minutes on each side, depending on thickness of steaks.
Remove from grill and spread with butter, if desired. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with remaining lemon cut in wedges.
This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
