Grilled Pork Roast Recipe - Cooking Index
2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Boneless pork roast |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Brown mustard |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Tamari or soy sauce |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Tabasco pepper sauce |
Slather mustard on both sides of pork and marinate in Tamari and Tabasco pepper sauce at least l hour. Turn once or twice.
Grill on hot closed grill or boat barbeque 20 minutes on each side or until done to your taste. Adjust time to larger or smaller piece of meat. Best if not over-cooked and still juicy.
