1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
2 cups | 396g / 13oz | Hot cooked egg noodles |
Spray a large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray; heat. Add the sausages and cook, stirring as needed, until almost cooked through, about 5 minutes. Add the carrot, onion, celery and garlic; cook, stirring as needed, until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the cabbage, tomatoes, broth and pepper; bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer, covered, until the sausages are cooked through and the vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes. Serve the noodles, topped with the sausage and vegetable mixture.
