Grilled Turkey Herb Burgers

Recipe Ingredients

1 lb 454g / 16ozGround skinless turkey breast
1   Onion - finely chopped
1/4 cup 36g / 1.3ozSeasoned dried bread crumbs - plus
2 tablespoons 30mlSeasoned dried bread crumbs
3 tablespoons 45mlMinced parsley
3 tablespoons 45mlReduced calorie mayonnaise
1 tablespoon 15mlMinced fresh basil
  = (or 1 tspn dried basil)
2 teaspoons 10mlDijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlCoarsely-ground black pepper

Recipe Instructions

Preheat the broiler.

In a large bowl, lightly combine the turkey, onion, bread crumbs, parsley, mayonnaise, basil, mustard and pepper. Shape into 4 equal burgers.

Spray the broiler rack with nonstick cooking spray; broil the burgers 5 inches from the heat, until well done, 4 to 5 minutes on each side.
