Garlic Saffron Mayonnaise - see * Note | ||

* Note: See the "Moist Poached Salmon", "Texmati Rice", and "Garlic Saffron Mayonnaise" recipes which are included in this collection.
Toss cubed Moist Poached Salmon and Texmati Rice and most of the cukes with part or all of the Garlic Saffron Mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper.
Center on a bed of Boston lettuce; garnish with more cukes and red bell pepper. Serve extra mayonnaise on the side if you wish.
