Southwestern Turkey Loaf

Recipe Ingredients

1 lb 454g / 16ozGround turkey meat
3   Egg whites
1/2 cup 118mlOatmeal
1/4 cup 15g / 0.5ozFinely-chopped onions
1/4 cup 36g / 1.3ozFinely-chopped red and green peppers
1/4 cup 4g / 0.1ozCilantro
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlDry mustard
1/2 cup 118mlChunky salsa

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix turkey, egg whites and oatmeal together. Add onions, peppers, cilantro and dry mustard. Mix well.

Spray a loaf pan with non-stick spray. Form the turkey mixture into a loaf and place into pan. Top with salsa. Bake for approximately 1 hour.
