Trout Or Bass In Beer Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

4 tablespoons 60mlVegetable oil
1 tablespoon 15mlOnion - diced (large)
2 tablespoons 30mlFlour
1 1/2 cups 355mlBeer
2 tablespoons 30mlBrown sugar
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlPepper
2 teaspoons 10mlWorcestershire sauce
3 lbs 1362g / 48ozTrout or bass - (6 pieces)

Recipe Instructions

In a large skillet, saute diced onion in hot oil until it becomes translucent.

Add flour to onions and, stirring constantly, cook for 2 minutes.

Add beer, brown sugar, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce to skillet and heat until sauce thickens.

Stir constantly. Carefully place fish pieces in skillet.

Cook until fish flakes easily with a fork.
