Tomato Shrimp And/Or Crab Aspic Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Tomato juice |

1 | Sugar free lemon Jell-o | |
1 cup | 237ml | Tomato juice cold |
3/4 cup | 82g / 2.9oz | Celery minced |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Onion minced |
2 oz | 56g | Cheddar cheese - cubed or grated |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Worcestershire sauce |
6 oz | 170g | Crab meat - * see note |
8 | Olives - sliced fine | |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Garlic |
* or shrimp or 3 ounces of each.
Heat tomato juice. Add Jell-O. After dissolved add tomato juice. Add remaining ingredients.
Put in serving dish and refrigerate.
When ready to serve, spread with thin layer of fat free mayonnaise.
