Cut all meat and vegetables into chunks. Alternate pieces of meat and vegetables on the skewers. Heat broth to boiling. Simmer skewers in broth about four to five minutes or until done.
Serve with a variety of sauces such as teriyaki, low-fat salad dressing or barbecue sauce.
