Roasted Salmon With Maple Glaze Recipe - Cooking Index

1/4 cup | 82g / 2.9oz | Maple syrup |
1 | Garlic clove | |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Kosher or sea salt |
Freshly-cracked black pepper | ||
1/4 cup | 59ml | Balsamic vinegar |
Mint or parsley - chopped, (optional) |
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Pat salmon dry. Place skin-side down onto baking sheet that has been sprayed generously with non-stick spray. Brush fish with maple syrup. Bake about 10 minutes; brush again with maple syrup. Bake another five minutes. Continue to baste and bake until fish flakes easily.
Serve with salt and cracked black pepper. Top with remaining syrup.
