Roasted Salmon With Maple Glaze

Recipe Ingredients

3 lbs 1362g / 48ozSalmon fillet
1/4 cup 82g / 2.9ozMaple syrup
1   Garlic clove
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlKosher or sea salt
  Freshly-cracked black pepper
1/4 cup 59mlBalsamic vinegar
  Mint or parsley - chopped, (optional)

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Pat salmon dry. Place skin-side down onto baking sheet that has been sprayed generously with non-stick spray. Brush fish with maple syrup. Bake about 10 minutes; brush again with maple syrup. Bake another five minutes. Continue to baste and bake until fish flakes easily.

Serve with salt and cracked black pepper. Top with remaining syrup.
