Recipe Ingredients

8 oz 227gFish fillets - 2 pieces
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlOil
1/4 cup 36g / 1.3ozFresh bread crumbs
1 teaspoon 5mlGrated parmesan cheese
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlGarlic powder
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlLemon pepper

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 425F

Rinse fish and pat dry. Lightly grease a small shallow baking pan with some of oil.

Rub remaining oil over top of fish. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over fish.

Bake, uncovered, about 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
