Smoky Broiled Catfish Recipe - Cooking Index
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Soy sauce |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lemon juice |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Garlic powder |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Liquid wood-smoke flavoring |
| 4 | Catfish fillets |
In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, and liquid wood-smoke flavoring. Preheat broiler pan for five minutes. Coat pan with shortening spray.
Place catfish on broiler pan; brush with mixture. Broil three inches from heat for 4-6 minutes, basting occasionally for 3 minutes or until catfish flakes easily.
