Smokey Catfish Recipe - Cooking Index
| 4 | Catfish fillets | |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Liquid hickory smoke |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Lemon juice |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Soy sauce |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Garlic powder |
Combine all ingredients except fillets in a small bowl and mix thoroughly.
Coat broiling pan with a shortening spray. Place catfish in pan and coat both sides with mixture.
Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat source for 4 to 6 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
