Shrimp and Scallops In Wine Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
| 3 lbs | 1362g / 48oz | Medium shrimp - cleaned |
| 3 lbs | 1362g / 48oz | Bay scallops |
| 4 tablespoons | 60ml | Butter |
| 1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Cornstarch |
| 4 cups | 948ml | Milk - depending - upon desired consist, up to 6 |
| 1 1/2 cups | 355ml | White wine |
| 6 cups | 960g / 33oz | White rice - cooked |
Cook shrimp and scallops until done. Set aside.
Slowly melt butter in a saucepan adding cornstarch, then milk, stirring constantly.
Add wine, shrimp and scallops and cook until done. Do not overcook.
Serve over white rice.
