Shrimp and Scallops In Wine Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

3 lbs 1362g / 48ozMedium shrimp - cleaned
3 lbs 1362g / 48ozBay scallops
4 tablespoons 60mlButter
1/2 cup 31g / 1.1ozCornstarch
4 cups 948mlMilk - depending - upon desired consist, up to 6
1 1/2 cups 355mlWhite wine
6 cups 960g / 33ozWhite rice - cooked

Recipe Instructions

Cook shrimp and scallops until done. Set aside.

Slowly melt butter in a saucepan adding cornstarch, then milk, stirring constantly.

Add wine, shrimp and scallops and cook until done. Do not overcook.

Serve over white rice.
