Scallops With Snow Peas Recipe - Cooking Index
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Safflower oil |
2 | Garlic cloves - crushed | |

3 cups | 711ml | Snow peas |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | White pepper |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Light miso |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Arrowroot - - dissolved in... |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Water |
Stir-fry garlic in safflower oil until it begins to color; add scallops and stir-fry 1-2 minutes. Remove scallops and garlic. Add snow peas to oil and stir-fry 2-3 minutes. Add pepper, miso, and arrowroot. Stir-fry an additional 2 minutes, then return scallops and garlic to pan and heat through. Serve.
