Scalloped Oysters - 1

Recipe Ingredients

1   Oysters - (select or large)
1/2 cup 118mlLight cream - up to 3/4
3 cups 711mlRitz crackers - crumbled
1/2 cup 99g / 3.5ozMargarine - melted
1 teaspoon 5mlSalt
2 teaspoons 10mlCelery seed
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlPepper

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 375F Grease 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2 baking dish. Arrange oyster (with liquor) in baking dish.

Pour about half the cream over oysters.

Combine crackers, margarine and seasonings, sprinkle over oysters.

Pour remaining cream over oysters and seasonings mixture.

Bake uncovered 30-40 minutes.
