Scallop Bubbly Bake Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Scallops |
1 | Lobster meat - 8 oz | |
1 | Onion (medium) | |
3 | Celery stalks | |
1 | Mushrooms - sliced, 8 oz | |
1 | Green pepper - finely diced (medium) | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Butter |
1 | Cream of mushroom soup - 10 oz | |
1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Buttered bread crumbs |
Wipe scallops dry and lightly salt. Saute vegetables.
Place in a greased casserole.
Cover with soup, top with buttered bread crumbs.
Bake at 350F for 30-35 minutes.
