Scallop Bubbly Bake

Recipe Ingredients

1 lb 454g / 16ozScallops
1   Lobster meat - 8 oz
1   Onion (medium)
3   Celery stalks
1   Mushrooms - sliced, 8 oz
1   Green pepper - finely diced (medium)
2 tablespoons 30mlButter
1   Cream of mushroom soup - 10 oz
1 cup 198g / 7ozButtered bread crumbs

Recipe Instructions

Wipe scallops dry and lightly salt. Saute vegetables.

Place in a greased casserole.

Cover with soup, top with buttered bread crumbs.

Bake at 350F for 30-35 minutes.
